CloudFlare - Error code 524

SYSTEM INFORMATION
Ubuntu Linux 20.04.4	REQUIRED
Virtualmin version 7.5	REQUIRED

I have 17 Websites with Virtualmin. I am using Cloudflare for 6 of them and the rest I use FreednsAfraid.org.

All are working on FreednsAfraid.org
I get "Connection timeout Error code 524 on 5 of the 6 websites using CloudFlare.
The websites with Cloudflare were working until recently.
Apache error log:
[Mon Feb 13 00:00:15.900674 2023] [ssl:warn] [pid 1313] AH01906: example.com:443:0 server certificate is a CA certificate (BasicConstraints: CA == TRUE !?)

Have you contacted CloudFlare yet? If the problem is when using their service, you might want to check with them.

I am looking through their forum now, Still have no clue.
Having trouble getting LetsEncrypt Certs on the troublesome websites.
