I think this is the same bug as Cloning virtual servers with new ssl location /etc/ssl/virtualmin/ config
Site setup as dev. site. com, with a LE certificate. Promote the site to live by cloning the virtual server to www. site. com… both share the same SSL path, so when I requested the new cert for www. site. com the old site also recieved that cert, and erroring as a result.
