Clarification on Webmail Redirect and Virtualmin Email Interface

If I go to https://webmail.domain.com/, it redirects me to https://domain.com:20000/ and I see this interface. Can anyone tell me what this is? Does Virtualmin have its own email interface instead of Roundcube? I’m just starting to learn Virtualmin.

yes it does, its called Usermin

You can change the redirect

I just found out where in the template as well

The Virtualmin installer installs Usermin, which is our webmail client (though it can also do some other stuff, mail is its primary purpose in a Virtualmin system). It looks like there’s a problem with it on your system, though.

Not, sure why it’s stuck loading…does it ever finish?

Note we also provide an installer for Roundcube, if you prefer it. And, you’re welcome to change what webmail does.

Got it.

Incoming and outgoing emails are not working.

I’ve found the following DMARC policy at _dmarc.domain.com: “v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; adkim=r; aspf=r; rua=mailto:dmarc_rua@onsecureserver.net;”.
Found policy: quarantine.

I couldn’t retrieve the public key from 202507._domainkey.domain.com and verify the signature. The Auth Result is invalid.

dmarc has nothing to do with incoming mail.

Why is this actually happening?
What is the solutions?

Is the a new install? If so did you install on a clean system? No preinstalls.

Yes, Its a new install. But how to solve this issue.

@Joe Could you please help me on this?

I don’t know. I’ve never seen the issue you have.

Are there any JavaScript errors in the browser Web Developer console?

Any errors in the logs in /var/usermin?
