I don’t see a way off hand. You may have to do a command line change since ‘I think’ it is picked up from the system.

Have a look at “Webmin ⇾ Change Language and Theme” page—try using “English (United States) (military time)” locale.

I do not know if it is different on non US VMs (haven’t checked) but it is there
