You have setup the download.webmin.com repository, which you should not have done.
The Virtualmin repository provides all the packages you need, including Webmin and Usermin.

Iāll go over that laterā¦ at the moment just wanted to get all the updates doneā¦

Why not just use filemanger in Virtualmin/Webmin, it edits files fine.
Or webmin Software Package Updates, you can disable the Webmin repo repo there.
