Can't update packages in Webmin/Centos

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Centos 7
Webmin version 2.021

I am notified there are package updates. When I run the package updater in Webmin I get the following error:

I solved my own problem. I clicked on Refresh Package List and the problem resolved itself. Not sure why that was necessary but it worked!

Yes, I do. I am still working on a migration strategy for this legacy system. I thought Centos 7 was going to be supported until 2025.

June 30, 2024. So not too long now.

That is sooner than I thought. What is the general consensus for a replacement OS?
