Cant send email

hi i checked other topics with same subject but couldnt solve my problem
i run woocommerce on virtualmin and customers cant pay on site , i checked syslog and mail.log and saw :

so i thought its mail server problem , i tested with virtualmin user “info@ariandigi.com” i could recieve mail but i couldnt send to yahoo or gmail or all other .

i checked mail.err i got :

payment in websites is related to mail server ? how can i fix it ?

update :
the resault of “host -t mx ariandigi[dot]com” is :
ariandigi[dot]com mail is handled by 0 mail.ariandigi[dot]com.

i did set mx record in dns provider

It will tell you why Yahoo is rejecting mail from your server. I know that your primary concern is that customers cannot pay on your site and mail delivery may be unrelated to that but this is something that should be fixed.

You could check your web server logs for errors which will indicate why your customers cannot pay on your site.

I can tell you why your emails are being referred to yahoo complaints…the domain you have posted above does not appear to have any of the following

DKIM
_DMARC
spf

the domain you have posted doesnt even have a reverse ptr

with all of the above issues, there is not an email server on this planet with any kind of security that will accept emails from the domain

Continuing to attempt to send emails to the big name providers like gmail, yahoo, outlook without the above issues resolved will actually see your server ipaddress get blacklisted!

they are my dns records , can you check again ? i still cant send mail

@azhamid - as @adamjedgar has pointed out, you might be missing a few records. At the minimum you are going to need a reverse PTR record and an SPF one. DKIM & DMARC can come later and the lack of them won’t stop Yahoo accepting mail from your server.

In your specific case - being on a few IP Blacklists is going to cause you greater issues and no SPF, DKIM, DMARC etc is going to override them sadly.

Have you also got your reverse ptr added for your server? This is usually done by your network service provider…in their dashboard somewhere you can add or request this.

i did foolish mistake , im sorry ,
dmarc and dkim records was in my virtualmin “dns setting” but i was using CDN company to manage my dns , after i added this records to tht company panel it worked .
