can't receive email

OK, I just created a new droplet at digitalocean and installed virtualmin via the command line.

Then I created a virtualmin domain, made sure that email for domain was enabled.

Then I added an alias info to forward to the user@domain.com

Then I tried to email both that alias and user@domain.com.

Neither email is received.

This is what I have in my maillog:

Any idea why these emails are not being received?

Howdy,

Hmm, is it that the emails aren’t being received, or that you’re unable to login via IMAP to check them?

The errors in the logs above suggest you may be experiencing a IMAP login issue.

You could always try accessing it via a different client, such as Usermin or RoundCube, and see if that works any better.

actually i’m not logging in via anything, i’m simply using virtualmin, then going to the domain, edit the user, and click on the inbox mail file, which shows zero emails.

Btw, sorry for my double posts, your forum kept telling me access denied.
