Can’t view sub webs out side of LAN.
It works on local server.
Main site top level works

Hmm, it doesn’t look like there is DNS setup for your two sub-domains.
Are you sure the DNS feature is enabled?
If so, you may want to look in the log files after restarting BIND to make sure there aren’t any errors.
