Can't access virtualmin servers with SSH key

Hello,
for some reason after adding the SSH public key I use for all my SSH server I can’t access my virtualmin servers with it… although I can access the server manual through terminal no problem. only through cloudmin I can’t. what can the issue be? thank you for any help.

Hi,

Are you attempting to access from “Cloudmin” into a “Virtualmin” instance? You may need to have your “private key” installed on Cloudmin so that the Virtualmin installation can authenticate against it.
