Can't access Hash type on SSL Providers page to switch from RSA to ECC

I was going to try and change my hash type from RSA to ECC and thought I could just go into the ‘SSL Providers’ page and select ECC and then request a new certificate. When I went to do this I could see no way of changing the Hash type

I then checked several of my other servers that are on Ubuntu Linux 24.04 and viewing the same page I see this

Why the difference and how can I get access to the Certificate Hash type on the first server?
Will changing the hash type cause me any other issues and should the hash type be upgraded?

OpenSSL/Certbot on Ubuntu 22.04 doesn’t support ECC. You want to upgrade to 24.04 to get the option.

Thanks so much.
Now I just need to wait for the latest Pear update that is failing in Ubuntu 22.04 so I can update it and then update the whole server to 24.04
Should have done my 24.04 update a while ago but was too busy.
