Cannot send or rec any emails using SMTP and Pop3

Hi

Suddenly my emails are failing - if I send emails using the server it says - "The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

  'xxxxx@mindspring.com' on 19/07/2011 22:24
        554 5.7.1 <xxxxx@mindspring.com>: Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied

I also cannot recieve any emails using POP3.

Can anyone help?

Howdy,

That “relay access denied” error would show up if your email client weren’t configured to authenticate for Outgoing SMTP connections.

That’s something that that can be configured in the settings of your email client.
