Can receive email but cannot send email

Hello

I can receive email but cannot send email. From the mail log, it seem like the email function is working properly but not sure why my gmail or hotmail cannot receive email send from my server. I can receive my own email (for example, send from my email to my email (same server)).

Here is the mail log for gmail

Did you check spam folder on gmail and hotmail?

Ya. I have checked but still have not receive. Do you think is there by any chance that the vps IP got blacklisted or any other reason?

Check if port 25 is open, you can use telnet to try to connect and see if you can. If you cant that means its probably closed by FW and you should open it using iptables or firewalld (depending what is your OS).

Howdy,

According to the logs you shared above, both Gmail and Hotmail are saying that the message was received.

That means it did work… unfortunately, it’s tough to know why the recipient didn’t receive it since it was handed off to the remote servers.

Can you try sending it to a different address and see if that works properly?

It is possible the IP is blacklisted though, you could always check this here:
