It might only take 1-2 minutes per month to match the invoice in Xero, but the subscription cost is small enough that I’d rather just buy 12 months in advance and do it once.
Maybe have a restriction that you can’t buy the yearly sub before you’ve at least used it for a month or something. Or make it clear there’s no refunds, whatever.
I’m certainly not rich, but I’ve spent more on booze in a single night and not regretted the cost…
