Buttons dont work in Fetchmail module

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version	Ubuntu Linux 24.04
Webmin version	2.111
Authentic Theme version	21.10

If you add fetchmail for a user, the following screen is missing most of the options and none of the buttons have any effect other than changing to spinning and no errors in console or page post.

If manually create a .fetchmailrc for a user then can be viewed correctly, but again none of the buttons work eg save/check etc.

Tried under various different browsers/devices, clear cache etc. with no change in behaviour.

If I change back to classic/framed theme then fetchmail module works as expected.

Tried a clean built of both virtualmin and webmin with same issue.

Same problem. Solved by changing the theme to “Framed Theme”

@Jamie, perhaps there was a bug when converting to use the UI libraries?
