BUG - Some Features are hidden in Enabled Features menu when default state of Feature is checked

Hi, when setting up the Features and Plugins list, when Log file Rotation is set as default, then the plugin is not showing in the selections in “Enabled Features” menu at the “Edit Virtual Server”.
