Bind server "unknown error"

**Operating system:ubuntu
**OS version:20.04

My BIND server won’t start. It says “unkown error”. What can I do?

My Zones are: 0, 127, 255, godskalender, localhost all on “master” and zone root on “root”

I have the SPF record on and also the DKIM.

Port 53 is also open.

I have tried to uninstall BIND9 with “purge” and than again install, but that doesn’t help.
