Bind gets no new record in Slave

Ubuntu 18.04.4 Webmin version 1.960

We’re running Bind in two different servers. Master and Slave
Editing in Master updates Slave fine.
But creating new site or deleting a site does not.
We have to manually create and delete in Slave also.

So, what to do?
