BIND dynamic updates / zone journal support?

bind docs : Audit logs for dynamic zone files

is there a way for webmin module to switch to dynamic updates for zone record updates? in order to get zone journals…
been reading webmin docs[2], and from what i understand it’s generally not gonna work as it is.

any ideas or other dns record changing tools/facility that can work locally (with bind) ?
(not interested in paid “dns” monitoring 3rd party providers, for various reasons).
