I currently am happily running the beta installer on Debian 11 and thinking about doing the same for another server.
When de official installer is released will the beta automatically turn into the official one, or must everything be reinstalled from scratch?
The beta installer is just that a “installer”, VM 7 is not a beta. So no you don’t need to reinstall.
@janderk no once official version is out you would be official jus updating would do.
It will just work. No reinstall will be needed for Debian 11.
