Backup MySQL Data From Rescue Mode

I am having some issue on my server and i can boot my system, i managed to boot into rescue mode and mounted my disk to the system.

I can download my website folders, and i can find the mysql folder, inside var/lib/mysql which has all database in raw form, can anyone guide me how to backup and restore from here??

The process to rebuild the database differs for MYISAM and Innodb. Which have you used?

to be honest not sure, i was using all default settings of webmin, anyway to check it?

It is not Webmin but the web app using the db which will indicate which of the two was used…

One option is to copy over the entire directory of the old server to the new server, assuming that os and db server versions are same in both.
