Apache modules Mod_rewrite problem

Hello. I have several problems with a joomla installation. Note: Webmin/Virtualmin was installed on Centos 7.

  1. I can not install joomla from the preview sight (services > preview) , without domain, since it refers me to a blank page. I can only do it when I already have the domain pointing to the server.

  2. Once joomla is installed, when I activate rewrite mode on joomla configuration, and rename htaccess.text > .htaccess, then 500 Error happens. I think that it is caused by apache module Mod_rewrite, but i do not know how to enable this.

In webmin > servers > apache > webservers > Global configuration > option for apache modules is missing, does not appear. If the problem is here, how do I activate it?

Hello. According to second question. I have found out that module apache (mod_rewrite) is running, and error 500 is possible to got a solution across comment (#) lines “Options +FollowSymlinks and Options -Indexes”, in .htaccess file ¿WHY?

Apart from this issue, why the option “configure apache modules” is missing in my webmin panel?
