Apache 2.4.6 TimeOut or ProxyTimeout being ignored.

Kernel and CPU Linux 2.6.32-042stab093.5 on x86_64

yum list httpd
httpd.x86_64 1:2.4.6-18.el7.centos.vm.1

I have been trying to increase the timeout but its fixed at 30 seconds.

ProxyPassMatch ^/(..php(/.)?)$ fcgi://127.0.0.1:9000/home/user/public_html/$1
ProxyTimeout 300

It seems its a bug with Apache 2.4.6

Is there any way to upgrade Apache to 2.4.8 or above when using virtaulmin?

I’m still facing the same issue.

What’s it set to at ( domain in question ) ‘Server Configuration / website options’? ( root )

I don’t think a user can over-ride root settings.
