Anyway to restrict access to virtualmin via ip:port?

I currently have ssl and hsts enabled, is there any way to restrict access to virtualmin so that you can’t type serverip:port and login?

I’m not sure I understand why you’d do that? I mean, what does it accomplish?

For some reason i thought it was letting me login by http instead of https with the ip:port but im pretty sure i was mistaken
