Annual Renewal

Howdy,

Do you need a license renewed?

We don’t have a record of a Virtualmin license belonging to this account, though I can see a renewal that was purchased.

Is it possible the license belongs to a different account? If so, which account is it?

Howdy,

Your renewal was actually applied automatically when purchasing it. Renewals are applied from the time the license expired, rather than from now.

However, since it doesn’t appear that you were using your license over that time period, I’ve updated your license extension to be from today.
