I’ve installed virtualmin on my vps. What logs I’ve got to enable or what settings you advice for a “complete” usage and intercept possible problems?

The default Virtualmin install has a sensible set of logs enabled. These can be viewed via Webmin -> System -> System Logs. Use the buttons on the right of the page to view / browse through the respective logs, change the number of lines displayed and apply filters via the options available on the screen.
Hope this answers your question, if it was about manual parsing of logs. There is also Fail2Ban (Webmin -> networking -> Fail2Ban Intrusion Detector), log file rotation (Webmin -> System -> Log File Rotation) and monitoring & alert options (Webmin -> Others -> System and Server Status) if you wish to use Virtualmin to automate more things on your system.
