After subdomain creation - "File not found" and "Primary script unknown" errors

After subdomain creation then there is a “File not found.” in the subdomain url and “AH01071 Primary script unknown” apache error.
Is there any solution?

After a deep search in the subdomain’s php configurations, i detected an missconfig in
php/{PHP-v}/fpm/pool.d/{vsubserver-ID}.conf.
In the variable “chroot” there was a false chroot (autogenerated?) path. For that variable i set “/home/chroot/{vserver-ID}” . Then i restarted php-fpm and apache2 and subdomain works now…

Be aware

  • perform the above from root.
  • probably the error triggers by php-fpm only.
  • {vserver-ID} is the parent domain ID of that subdomain ID {vsubserver-ID}.
