Accessing webspace using ip address

Hello mates,

I’m wondering if there is a possibility to access a webpage using the server’s ip address.

I know that in cpanel there is the possibility to access a webpage by entering: http://server.ip/~username/

This function should be used while a domain is propagated and i or the customer wants to work on the webspace.
