Able to send but cannot receive emails

Operating system: Ubuntu
OS version: 18.04

Hi, I successfully installed virtualmin, and im able to send emails from the account created, but not receiving emails, when I send an email to my new virtualmin account the email.log shows this:

mailserve dovecot: imap(admin@mysite.com): Connection closed (SEARCH finished 0.018 sec ago) in=391 out=3221

Can someone give me a hand on this?

Could you also post the Postfix log?
