We recently did a lot of server upgrades, and one of our clients claims he no longer has access to Spam settings in his virtualmin/webmin. Is there something to turn on so this menu item becomes available for him again?
If you log into Virtualmin, choose the domain in question from the drop-down, and go into Administrative Options -> Edit Owner Limits – there’s some spam related settings in there.
Make sure all the features you want enabled are checked – but in particular, I’d be curious if “Can configure spam and virus delivery” was not checked.
