*:80 instead of <ip_address>:80 is used for new virtual servers

There should only be a single site on the server set to *:80 on the server but whenever i create a new site the http settings are *:80 instead of <ip_address>:80

This causes issues in apache as the “default” catchall website always answers those requests.

I have verified that this is the issus by manually setting a new sites address to <ip_address>:80 instead of *:80 and it works as expected.
