Please I tried to test my smtp server with my email credentials on gmass smtp tester and I got this error “ 454: 4.7.0 temporary authentication failure: generic failure “ . How can I resolve this. Help will be much appreciated!
We need to see the actual mail log entries during an attempt to login. Your mail client does not have useful information about why anything fails.
