What type of websites?
Can you still ping them? Can you still login to Virtualmin?
502 implies a database problem (not always)

You have multiple WP sites? on different domains? so are they all giving 502?
Have you checked that the MariaDB server is running? Indeed is Apache server still running?
Anything in PHP log?

Sorry, diverted to my own problems, and thought someone else might chip in. but it looks very quiet on here today (Black Friday/Thanksgiving possibly)
Anyway MariaDB looks good but from the PHP log it looks like mod_fcgid is shutting down Apache (that would be presented to the user as a 502)
If you go into Virtualmin -> Server Configuration -> PHP Options
you are using FPM - yes?
and which PHP version?
and which PHP modules?
Oh, and you are using Lets Encrypt as your SSL? You are accessing Virtualmin https://domain.tld:10000

I’m a little bit (only a little bit) surprised as you were running PHP-FPM 7.4 (not that far out of date) though possibly one of your WP plugins/themes required PHP 8.
Anyway glad all is fixed.
