Website Redirect

Webmin version 2.101 Usermin version 2.001
Virtualmin version 7.7 Authentic theme version 21.04
Debian Linux 10

I have set up a domain to point to the IP Address that Webmin runs on, it’s something like adm.website.com - This is the default Domain of Webmin. I created another virtual server that I want to host the public facing content on. Since it’s a Virtual Server, it has the same IP Address. I enabled the SSL Certificate for this domain, public.website.com
I can log into the webmin panel by going to adm.website.com:10000 - however, if I just go to adm.website.com I get redirected to public.website.com. I searched for redirect in virtualmin, but it seems like the menu item was removed due to me disabling Apache server for the virtual server/domain?

What my desired outcome is, is that there’s just an error message like forbidden when navigating to adm.website.com (NOT adm.website.com:10000 - that I already have configured)

I disabled the Apache Webserver for adm.website.com - hence I don’t have the sites-available.conf file for this domain - should I enable it and configure it there?

I found this in the Website Options under my public.website.com site, but this menu item is not available in adm.website.com

I re-enabled the Apache Webserver and renamed the index.html to index.html.bak - now the http response code is a 403 - basically what I wanted to achieve. I still don’t understand why we need to enable apache in order to do that, if that’s the correct way to do it. Fine, I’ll remember it that way, however if this is not the correct way to achieve what I want, please let me know.
