Webmin version 1.999 no update

Webmin says that 1.999 should be updated by 1.999-2, but no package available for updating, with Debian 10.

This issue will be fixed in upcoming Webmin 2.000.

Meanwhile, the fix is to create a release file with 2 as a content in its (Webmin) directory:

miniservconffile=$(find / -wholename "*web*\/miniserv.conf") ; rootdir=$(grep "^root=" "$miniservconffile" | sed -e 's/root=//g') ; echo "2" > "$rootdir/release"
