webmin stops after every minute

Webmin stopped working.

I did a fresh installation form auto install script,
Everything is OK and running well

But wehn i did reboot my system,
then webmin did not respond
i followed this : http://ajilex.blogspot.com/2011/04/how-to-restart-webmin.html

and it worked,

but again webmin stop after every 1minute.
then i repeat above tutorial,

and PHP script also not working, but PHP is installed

I have a VPS, (centos 5.5, RAM-1gb, Proc-1.5Ghz)
i only installed PHPmyAdmin after autoinstall of webmin/virtualmin
(bad luck PHP not working)

Howdy,

Do you know what kind of VPS you have? Is it OpenVZ by chance?

What output do you get when running these commands:

free -m dmesg | tail -5

Also, do you see any errors listed in /var/webmin/miniserv.error?
