How do I do to select port when the question mark overlaps?
It’s still selectable for me in Firefox, but I do see the overlap. What browser are you using?
@Ilia I guess radio buttons with tooltips need a little adjustment.

I must say this is really difficult to fix, considering numerous of different use cases for help link across UI.
I have made a fix for it. You can install Authentic Theme 19.75-2 using theme configuration page to address this issue.
