Hey, there have been numerous posts about this, like the latest one just below your own one, with the following explanation from Joe.

Virtualmin virtual-server module 7.2 released

I accidentally rolled the Pro package into a couple of Debian/Ubuntu repos (oops). You can switch back to the GPL package (to get rid of license warnings, etc.) with: sudo apt update sudo apt install webmin-virtual-server=7.2.gpl-1 Apologies for the inconvenience. I’m sick and juggling way too many tasks this weekend. Mistakes were made. Cheers, Joe
