I am running Virtualmin version 5.0.gpl on my VPS.
I am thinking bout updating the Virtualmin. How do you suggest I proceed?
I am concerned that it might break all my websites and i have lots of websites running on this server.

don’t be afraid to upgrade it… but if you have this fear I think that a backup of /etc can be enough.

Upgrading Webmin shouldn’t affect any of the websites on your server. Webmin is a separate service that runs on port 10000.
Also, due to a security issue in older versions of it, we do highly recommend upgrading as soon as possible.
