Virtualmin took over my Webmin Admin access!!!

Serious webmin and virtualmin newbie alert here…
I did something stupid and I don’t know how to fix it.

Virtualmin installed fine.
I created a virtual host and then without thinking I assigned the admin user to login to this new virtual host… stupid!!!
So now I cannot access webmin administration, because it is now locked onto the virtualmin virtual host.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to change this using command line?

You will need to edit the /etc/webmin/webmin.acl and add the next line to admin:

webmin servers virtual-server

Then log back in and fix your mistake…

You will have to reassign ALL modules back ADMIN again
