Virtualmin Pro Statistics question

Virtualmin version 7.1-1 Pro

Hello,
I’m trying to understand the Raw Data output from the System Statistics, specifically from the Email Messages section. I have a few questions:

  1. Does “Delivered per Minute” = emails sent? (server wide?)
  2. Does “Received per Minute” = emails received? in all user accounts (server wide)?
  3. In the Raw Data, what do the numbers represent? (this is data from “received per minute”)
    ex: 2022-02-11 13:29:03,0.43,0.43010752688172
    2022-02-11 = date
    13:29:03 = time
    0.43 = ?
    0.43010752688172 = ?

I’m guessing the first number is the data rounded, second number is the non-rounded data?

Also, it seems data is “recorded” 3x per day? the raw data in this example shows: (this is data from “received per minute”)

How i it that there is a 0,0 entry? There was no received email between it and the previous entry?

Delivered means emails actual put into mailboxes, while received counts all incoming messages. The data is recorded as often as background status collection runs, and is scaled to be per-minute counts since the last sample.
