Virtualmin Pro account - not able to log a support ticket via Virtualmin

Since upgrading to Virtualmin Pro I have never been able to log a support request from the Virtualmin panel.

I always receive the following error:

Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com
… failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Is there any resolution to this? I am unable to get any support from virtualmin even though I have a pro account. I have tried emailing support@virtualmin.com and sales@virtulamin.com but there is never a response.

I cannot see the point of having a pro account if there is no support.
