I tried to setup Virtualmin on Ubuntu 20.10 but it’s presently not possible. When the supported version should be available ?

20.10 is not an LTS version and will end support in July this year.
Use 20.04, or another distro.

Never use any version of Ubuntu that isn’t an LTS (Long Term Support).

The documentation (which is linked from the download page) and the install script itself list the supported distributions and versions.
