Virtualmin on google cloud doesn't send emails from php contact form

i hav this issue with Virtualmin on centos 7 google cloud instance, and it’s been a while testing suggestions to resolve the issue but it still doesn’t send emails from a php contact form,
it was working fine on virtualmin on other vps server on centos 7 too

anyone had the same issue, and found a solution?

You can’t send mail from Google Cloud instances. You need to use a mail relay. It’s documented by Google.
