Virtualmin not installing. First time user

Tried to install virtualmin got this error message when trying to download

OS type and version	CentOS 7.9

I have been unable to access email. The webmail link is not working also the usermin. I’m I suppose to enable any other thing?

Looks like firewall, normal config I use port 10000 nor 20000 not sure port 20000 would be open.
