How to fix that?

You apparently running outdated version of Webmin. This issue has been fixed on the theme side more than a half year ago.
Make sure to install Webmin 1.941+.
How to fix and be able to do that on that old machine? How to access to have Services- Preview paga and to export data from wordpress?
You either download and upgrade the package manually from devel repo (it’s safe) or fix repo list for your package manager, and run upgrade normally. if you have further questions, you would need to Google it or ask on Q/A sites how that should be done.
