I was got unofficial information that CentOS with Virtualmin if I purchase Virtual license apache and php also mysql will upgrade new version.
do you have any idea bout this?

Virtualmin, both Pro and GPL, uses the versions of software included with the distribution you use.
You’d want to choose a Linux distribution that offers the software versions you are interested in.
If you’re using 64 bit CentOS 6, it is possible to install a second PHP version though. How to do that is explained here:
