Virtualmin is configured to setup DNS zones, but this system is not setup to use itself as a DNS server. Either add 127.0.0.1

You can have Virtualmin skip these DNS and DHCP checks by adding the line dns_check=0 to the end of /etc/webmin/virtual-server/config

That said, Virtualmin should read the resolvers from the Netplan config if in use. On Ubuntu systems that are seeing this incorrect error, is /etc/resolv.conf a file or symlink? And are the correct resolvers listed in a file under /etc/netplan ?
