Virtualmin installation: fatal error because of incorrect GPG keys

Hi there,

Yesterday I installed a Virtualmin on a CentOS 6.2 without any issues.
Today I wanted to install it on an identical system, but keep getting fatal errors:

warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID 0608b895: NOKEY

The GPG keys listed for the “Red Hat Enterprise 6 - x86_64 - Virtualmin” repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package.
Check that the correct key URLs are configured for this repository. yum -y -d 2 install virtualmin-base failed. Error (if any): 0

Any idea why this is happening all of a sudden?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Patrick

I am seeing the same error, namely:
warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID 0608b895: NOKEY

Install failed
when I run an update to mod_fcgid as prompted by Virtualmin upon login.

I’d like to know whether this is an issue with Virtualmin, caused by an update or something?
I find it strange that an identical install went fine yesterday, and today it suddenly doesn’t.

I hope this will be resolved soon, as I need this today.

Thanks for the info… we’re looking into this issue.

Thank you, I hope it will be resolved soon.

when stay fixed?

Same error.

Thanks for your help.!

Okay, try it again, after running a “yum clean all” – that should be working now. Let us know if you run into any further issues!

-Eric

I can confirm that it is working fine again, thank you!

What is the cause of this? I have noticed several of these same problems in the past, and it appears to be some kind of package corruption?

Fine for me - thanks Eric.
