hello Im new to virtualmin : i have a question I’m adding scripts written in perl in the /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/scripts directory but when i add script from the virtualmin dashboard i cant find in the available scripts . so can i add scripts to virtualmin GPL or its not allowed?

You can add scripts.
The docs cover where you should put them (local scripts go in /etc/webmin/virtual-server/scripts, I think): Creating Install Scripts – Virtualmin
